Dips

Chip Dip

1 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons milk

Stir all 7 ingredients together in a small bowl. Add bit more milk if needed. Chill. Make up to several days ahead. Serve with potato chips and raw vegetables.

Dill Dip

1 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon celery salt

Mix all 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Chill until needed.

Curried Mayonnaise

1 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder

Combine all 5 ingredients in a jar. Stir together well. Chill. Good with fish. Make the day before so flavours blend.
